Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre presents:

Sunday Best – is a vintage fashion clothing fair that will transform our Turbine hall into a cave of fashion wonders. Throughout the day, Casula Powerhouse will host different vintage and second hand clothing vendors and celebrate the rich legacy of design and fabrication with a key program of fashion, fun and fabulousness.

The Sunday Best Vintage Fashion Fair is the first of its kind and will be decked out around Casula Powerhouse’s Turbine Hall next Saturday.

The idea for the show was born from a conversation between Powerhouse director Kiersten Fishburn and public programs officers Micheal Do and Anney Bounpraseuth.

“We thought it’d be wonderful to bring costume, dress and arts to people in western Sydney,” Mr Do said.

10.00am – 4.00pm: Vintage Fashion and Food
Throughout the entire day, fashion vendors will take over the Turbine Hall and sell their clothing wares direct to the public. Our famous Bellbird Café will also be transported in time as they will serve popular dishes from historic cookbooks from the last 100 years.
