Black Mermaid productions have made it their mission to make carve out a place for Australia in the Comic Book world.
Their work has already impressed overseas audiences and they want to share their knowledge with young Australians.
The Comics Master Class gives budding illustrators and writers a place to meet successful Australian comic book artists, submit their scripts and even work on their coaching abilities.
While they are still in formation I spoke with Black Mermaid Comics Editor, Julie Ditrich about the big plans she and her partner have for the Comics Master Classes.
