Liverpool City Council is a proud supporter of Harmony Week 2022, a nationwide initiative to celebrate the success of multiculturalism in Australia and how we can all work to maintain it.
It is celebrated during the week (Monday to Sunday) that includes 21st March, which is the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
Inclusiveness, respect and a sense of belonging for everyone regardless of cultural or linguistic background are the principles that define this important week in the nation’s calendar.
