The 2024 Annual General Meeting for Liverpool-Fairfield Community Radio Co-operative Limited will be held at 2pm on Sunday 25th August, 2024 at the Liverpool Community Centre, 14B Mill Road, Liverpool.
In accordance with the Co-operative’s Rules, all seven (7) Director positions will be declared vacant and the membership will elect three (3) Executive Officers – Chairperson, Secretary & Treasurer plus four (4) Directors.
Nominations for the Board of Directors has been sent to members, along with additional information and deadlines. If you have any questions relating to this letter or the AGM in general, please contact the Secretary at office@893fm.com.au in the first instance.
Remember only financial members of the Co-operative are eligible to vote. The current board looks forward to seeing you at the meeting.
