To all Presenters: The Summer Break
With the Christmas and New year break soon upon us, some of you might be thinking about taking a break from your program. Please do not forget to tell the office of your plans so the necessary arrangements can be made to the schedule as well as our on-line services.

There is no point in uploading your program if it isn’t on. Make sure you tell us the date the last day of program will be on and the first day it will return. It would be preferable if you could supply some filler programs in advance, if possible.

Can’t make it in to do your program?
If you cannot make it in to present your program, don’t just not turn up. Tell us in advance. It is not fair or respectful to your audience if they are expecting a program and you don’t show up. MAKE SURE YOU TELL US so the necessary changes to our online services can be made.
